Responsibilities
Build meaningful long-term relationships with customers by listening understanding needs and guiding them through the buying process.
Create a comfortable low-pressure experience by asking thoughtful questions and providing clear honest information.
Learn vehicle features technology and product offerings through structured training and hands-on experience.
Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations focused on what matters most to each customer.
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction referrals and repeat business.
Work collaboratively with managers and teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Bring a positive coachable attitude and strong work ethic every day.
Qualifications
