Atlas Technical Consultants (Atlas) is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Executive Operations Partner to support senior leaders while driving strategic initiatives executive projects and cross-functional execution. This role blends traditional executive support with project ownership analytical work and executive-level communication.

This position is based in our Denver Tech Center office and requires daily in-office presence with flexibility for work from home as needed.

Role Overview

This role goes beyond calendar management. You will act as a force multiplier for the executive team helping leaders move priorities forward by gathering data creating materials coordinating stakeholders and ensuring follow-through on strategic initiatives. You will have visibility into executive decision-making and be expected to operate with discretion urgency and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Partner closely with executives to advance priorities initiatives and special projects serving as a trusted thought and execution partner.
  • Manage executive calendars and logistics with an emphasis on protecting time for strategic work and high-impact meetings.
  • Coordinate travel expenses and executive logistics with efficiency and attention to detail.

Project & Initiative Ownership

  • Own and execute projects on behalf of executives including research analysis coordination and delivery.
  • Proactively gather track and synthesize project data across teams to support executive decision-making.
  • Monitor progress on initiatives identify risks or blockers and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
  • Maintain action item lists project trackers and dashboards to ensure accountability and momentum.

Executive Communications & Presentations

  • Create executive-ready materials including side decks briefing documents summaries and presentation content.
  • Gather and curate inputs from internal stakeholders for Executive Team materials leadership presentations and monthly reporting.
  • Translate complex or fragmented information into clear concise and compelling executive narratives.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by developing pre-reads talking points and background materials.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams to ensure alignment clarity and follow-through.
  • Coordinate across departments to collect updates validate information and drive deadlines.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings offsites and corporate events including vendor coordination and logistics.

Confidential & High-Judgment Work

  • Handle sensitive confidential and time-critical matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exercise independent judgment when managing competing priorities incomplete information or ambiguity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred (no specific field required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support operations project coordination or a similar role supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience in professional services engineering construction or a matrixed organization preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to build polished executive-level decks independently.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tracking progress and identifying insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including executive-level business writing.
  • Highly proactive and self-directed; consistently anticipates needs rather than waiting for direction.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism; able to work effectively with Executive Leadership Team Sr. Managers peers and Department Leads.

Compensation

$85000 $95000

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the states law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
