Project Executive Healthcare Construction Los Angeles CA On-site (Job Sites & Corporate Office)

Compensation: $210000-$280000 Bonus Vehicle ESOP
About the Role
We are hiring a senior-level Project Executive to lead and grow our healthcare construction portfolio in the Los Angeles market. This role is ideal for a hands-on executive who combines deep healthcare project delivery experience with the ability to build relationships and help win new work.
You will provide oversight across multiple healthcare projects while serving as a key client-facing addition to execution this role plays a critical part in expanding the companys healthcare presence by leveraging existing industry relationships with healthcare systems developers architects and engineers.
Projects include OSHPD / HCAI-regulated hospitals medical office buildings and specialty healthcare facilities.
What Youll Be Doing
Provide executive oversight of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead delivery of OSHPD / HCAI healthcare projects in active and occupied environments
Partner with preconstruction teams on estimating strategy GMP development and risk management
Oversee Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure consistent execution and quality standards
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare owners systems architects and consultants
Serve as the senior point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Support and lead business development efforts including pursuits interviews and proposal strategy
Leverage existing healthcare relationships to help secure new projects and repeat business
Collaborate with executive leadership on healthcare market growth strategy in Los Angeles
Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and within budget
What Were Looking For
Required Experience
15 years of experience with a Commercial General Contractor
Extensive healthcare construction experience (OSHPD / HCAI required)
Proven track record overseeing multiple complex healthcare projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to help win healthcare work through relationships and industry presence
Strong background in preconstruction cost control and executive-level project oversight
Experience mentoring and leading senior PMs and field leadership
Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
Preferred Attributes
Established relationships within the Southern California healthcare market
Experience working with major healthcare systems and institutional owners
Stable career history with strong tenure
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance delivery and growth
