The Mission: your primary objective is to independently lead optimization projects with a decisive digital focus. You will be responsible for:
Project Leadership: Managing the full project lifecycle from initial structuring and scheduling to final delivery and monitoring.
Operational Integration: Collaborating closely with Operations to identify specific business needs and translate them into efficient digital solutions.
Data Management: Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize processes and support decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Navigating a complex organizational structure by proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
