- 20.282.00 annually (pro-rated) additional supervisor monthly payment additional pay for transport early shifts weekends & bank holidays
- This is a 20-hour (part-time) permanent intermittent contract with the potential to increase the hours up to 40-hours May - September depending on the operational requirements

What Were Looking For
- Proven people supervision experience ideally in an operations environment or similar
- Fluent in Spanish & intermediate English
- Full right to work in Spain
What you will do in the role
- Create Memories - Ensuring our team of Passenger Service Agents andthird-party provider delivers an outstanding Customer Servicethat meets the needs of ourcustomersand promotes ourbrand values.
- Be Present - Supervising our third-party handler and our team of passenger service agents in providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers offering helpful advice and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport
- Take Responsibility - Ensuringpolicies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out by our third-party provider. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
- Work as One Team - Working in partnership with our third-party providers and our Flight Deckand Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experience
