Job Summary

As SAP Solution Architect Customer & Technical Service you play a key role in shaping and scaling modern service processes within a global highly regulated environment.

Based in Barcelona you work at the intersection of business IT and operations translating service requirements into robust SAP CS solutions that support reliable compliant and efficient customer and technical service operations worldwide.

You join an international SAP landscape and contribute directly to Fresenius Kabis S/4HANA transformation while working in a location that combines strong tech talent global exposure and high quality of life.

Your Role & Impact

In this role you act as the functional expert for SAP CS driving harmonized service processes system stability and cross-functional integration. Your work enables operational excellence regulatory compliance and high-quality service execution for internal and external customers across regions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP CS Solution Design & Delivery

Design implement and continuously improve SAP CS functionalities supporting customer and technical service processes. You ensure scalable future-proof solutions and integrate SAP CS with adjacent modules such as PM SD MM FI-AA PS and CRM to enable end-to-end service workflows.

Process Harmonization & Compliance

Drive standardized and compliant service processes across countries. You actively embed maintenance and service regulations into system designs and ensure audit-ready risk-aware operations in a regulated environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Management

Collaborate with global business stakeholders IT teams and external partners to capture requirements lead workshops and translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system solutions.

S/4HANA Transformation & Innovation

Contribute to global S/4HANA transformation programs with a strong focus on SAP CS. You actively shape the future SAP service landscape and may support large transformation initiatives full-time.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting in productive SAP CS environments. You develop preventive maintenance templates and continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve usability stability and performance of service solutions.

What You Bring

Experience & Background

  • Bachelors orMasters degree in Engineering IT Business Informatics or a related field

  • 6 years of hands-on SAP CS configuration and implementation experience

  • Strong process knowledge across service execution technical objects warranties partner data billing and call handling

  • Solid understanding of SAP integrations with PM SD MM FI-AA PS and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Experience in manufacturing environments; exposure to pharma or other regulated industries is a plus

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong focus on compliance quality and risk management

  • Ability to work effectively in global matrixed organizations

  • Proactive structured and solution-oriented working style

  • Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
