The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software Engineering team you will guide clients through the modernization of legacy systems securing they achieve their strategic goals. As a Senior Manager you will lead large-scale complex modernization programs applying your profound understanding of COBOL and mainframe ecosystems to drive impactful solutions. This position provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of technology for clients while building and mentoring performance-oriented teams.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 to 15 years of experience in legacy system modernization
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
