Job Title: Associate Inventory Administrator
Location: Louisville KY 40245
Employment Type: Contract
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: USD $19.18 per hour
Job Summary:
The Associate Inventory Administrator is responsible for supporting daily inventory operations at the AT&T Supply Chain facility. This role focuses on shipping and receiving inventory accuracy equipment relocation and coordination with technicians and vendors to support Operations Engineering and Network Services. The position requires strong attention to detail adherence to safety standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving of equipment to and from the AT&T Supply Chain facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through scanning cycle counts and inventory system updates.
- Prepare equipment for pickups and outbound shipments including FedEx UPS and LTL pallet preparation.
- Restock inventory in designated warehouse locations according to established procedures.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors for equipment pickups and returns.
- Support equipment relocation for Operations Engineering and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Follow established processes procedures and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office email and inventory management systems.
- Experience with shipping preparation (FedEx UPS and LTL freight).
- Hands-on experience with scanning and cycle counting.
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
- Strong communication skills with management technicians and vendors.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record (some driving required).
Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or inventory environment.
