Job Summary

Established in 1996 H-D Florida soon became Tampas leading motorcycle dealer.

Today were one of the largest Harley-Davidson groups in Florida with locations throughout Hillsborough Pasco and Bay counties. All dealership locations are situated in top school districts. Tampa Bays cost of living is 5.6% BELOW the national average. Tampa Bay H-D has 19048 motorcycles in operation in the dealers assigned territory. Current market potential is 900 units/year.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for all departments (Sales Service Parts F&I and Administration)
Drive revenue growth profitability and expense control while achieving dealership KPIs
Develop coach and retain a high-performing management team
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards company policies and legal requirements
Analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts to guide business decisions
Foster a positive accountable and performance-driven culture
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior dealership leader (motorcycle or automotive preferred)
Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial management
Demonstrated ability to drive sales profitability and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication leadership and team-building skills
Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment
