Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users over the phone email or in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
  • Install and configure computer systems
  • Document technical problems and solutions
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve issues
  • Ensure proper functioning of all IT equipment
  • Train end-users on new technologies

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with help desk software
  • Technical certifications a plus

Salary & Benefits:
