Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Operator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Operator will manage incoming calls greet visitors and provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources department including tracking employee call-ins and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer route and manage incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive front-office experience
- Receive and accurately document employee call-ins
- Provide general administrative support to HR
- Maintain front desk organization logs and assigned reports
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous front desk administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Professional friendly and dependable demeanor
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software
