Role: ServiceNow System Administrator (Internal Title: ICT Support Administrator)

Location:Brisbane

Were seeking an enthusiastic ServiceNow System Administrator to join our well-established high-performing team.

As we expand our ServiceNow offering youll play a key role in uplifting our Enterprise Service Management capabilities across the business.

Your Impact:

  • Support the ServiceNow ITSM implementation project during its rollout phase.
  • Transition into providing ongoing support administration and continuous improvement across Goodstarts ServiceNow application portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems meet evolving business needs.
  • Enable effective use of ServiceNow by Goodstart staff helping deliver vital services that put the safety of children and employees at the forefront.
  • Contribute to knowledge management so users and team members understand how systems operate
  • Use IT Service Management processes (Incident Request Problem and Change) to manage and resolve tickets efficiently
  • Monitor ticket queues and keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes
  • Support a safe compliant and child-safe workplace in line with Goodstarts policies

Youll bring to the table:

Essential:

  • 2-3 years experience in a technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and learning new features/modules.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to confidentiality quality and professional standards
  • Current Working with Children Check

Desirable:

  • Understanding of IT Service Management practices
  • Tertiary qualifications in a technology-related discipline
  • ServiceNow ITSM administration experience desirable
  • ITIL v4 certification
