Were hiring a senior data scientist to improve marketing performance and product personalization.

Main Responsibilities

Build train and improve ML models to personalize product results
Identify opportunities for ML and run experiments to boost engagement and conversion.
Own ML solutions end-to-end from problem definition to model validation.
Collaborate with engineers using Git code reviews and reproducible experiments.
Work with Marketing to improve ML-driven targeting and bidding strategies.

Key Requirements

4 years of ML experience with measurable business impact.
Strong Python (numpy pandas sklearn) and SQL skills.
Experience in production code and version control (Git).
Able to turn unclear business problems into ML solutions.
Curious about data distributions and outliers.
Strong quantitative and programming skills product-focused.
Technical or quantitative degree.
Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
