ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Director of Sales to join our dynamic team in Movenpick Hotel Beirut .

In this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving sales strategies managing key accounts and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Conduct site visits sales trips to promote hotel products and services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing in setting and achieving departmental goals and budgets
  • Oversee the development of compelling proposals and contracts for clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business prospects
  • Ensure seamless communication between the sales team and other hotel departments
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the hotels visibility
  • Assist in recruiting selecting and training new sales team members
  • Handle high-level client negotiations and resolve complex customer issues
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as required for sales activities and client meetings

Additional Information :

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
