Dash-Recruits is exclusively hiring Wholesale Sales Representative (Premium Optical Brands) Beirut

Were hiring on behalf of a leading high-end optometry & eyewear retail group in Lebanon with a lucrative wholesale division and multiple premium brands exclusive to their network. This is a key role for someone who understands the optical business and can protect a strong existing clientele while opening new markets with confidence and consistency.

The mission

Own and grow a premium wholesale portfolio (optical stores / partners / key accounts)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits follow-ups and service
Develop new accounts and expand the division into new territories and channels
Present and position premium brands with the right storytelling and product confidence
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting meetings proposals closing after-sales
Coordinate internally on orders stock availability deliveries and issue resolution
Keep your pipeline sharp with clear reporting and disciplined follow-up

What were looking for

Proven experience in optical / optometry / eyewear sales (retail or wholesale)
Strong network or the ability to build one fast (store owners optical buyers managers)
Comfortable selling premium brands and defending value (not discount-driven selling)
Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Self-driven organized and consistent with visits follow-ups and pipeline management
Valid drivers license and comfort being on the road (as needed)
