Responsibilities
The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing analyzing and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. The successful TTA candidatewill leverage creativity and critical thinking to conduct all-source technical targeting and help drive follow-on team members are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must possess an active current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
- 12 years with BS/BA; 10 years with MS/MA; 7 years with PhD or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field
- 5 years of experience across technical competencies such as: analysis network engineering network security vulnerability assessment technical collection penetration testing red teaming hardware engineering software reverse engineering cyber operations and/or computer exploitation;
- 5 cumulative years of experience across multiple INTs;
- Demonstrated experience as a targeter responsible for utilizing specific tools and databases to analyze complex technical data develop leads and drive targeting initiatives;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and forward leaning approach to successfully develop relationships across organizations;
- Experience drafting specific types of intelligence reports and coordinating analyses across organizations;
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues;
- Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- 6 years of experience across technical competencies such as: analysis network engineering network security vulnerability assessment technical collection penetration testing red teaming hardware engineering software reverse engineering cyber operations and/or computer exploitation;
- Awareness and understanding of CI topics of interest;
- Familiarity with area(s) of responsibility (AORs) relevant to position;
- Language capability relevant to AOR;
- Willingness and ability to travel

Target Salary Range
$176000 - $282000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
