Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2 - 4 year of IT or enterprise technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Tier 1 hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms-certified equipment
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and MECM
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to perform under pressure in executive-facing environments
Preferred
  • Microsoft 365 Certification
  • CompTIA A or Network
  • AVIXA Fundamentals

  • Valid Drivers License (Required)
  • Reliable personal transportation (Frequent travel required)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
