As our Team Leader - Disability Gatewayyou will lead and motivate a team of 1012 dedicated Community Service Consultants who are the voice of our organisationand the first point of contact for people accessing the Disability Gateway Program.
You will support your team to deliver high-quality efficient and person-centredservices in a high-volume telephony and remote service environment. You will build capability through coaching supervisionand quality assurance and foster a positive high-performing team culture aligned with our values and service frameworks.
Duties
- Lead and support a team of approximately 1012 Community Service Consultants in a hybrid and remote working environment.
- Collaborate with your Manager to ensure the teamdeliversquality serviceand performance expectations.
- Monitor and manage contact centreoperations including call queues service delivery metricsand team KPIs to ensure timelyand high-quality service delivery.
- Provide monthly supervision and conduct quality assurance reviews (two calls per team member per month).
- Coach and develop team members including supporting senior staff to build leadership capability.
- Coordinate regular communication channels including team meetings and 1:1 discussions with team members.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of procedures processes and quality frameworks.
- Foster a positiveengagingand high-performing teamculture.

- Strong coaching and peopleleadership skills with the ability to empower and develop team members.
- Ability to lead teams to achieve service delivery outcomes and KPIs.
- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable not required)
