Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Earned masters degree in nursing from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by the start of employment
An unencumbered Arkansas registered nurse (RN) license or eligibility for State of Arkansas licensure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collegially with students staff and faculty
Experience with inter-professional collaborative education scholarship and/or practice
At least five years of professional nursing experience
At least two years of nursing education experience
Required Certification or License:
Eligible to hold an unencumbered RN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and secured by the first date of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
DNP or PhD in nursing or related fields at the time of appointment from an accredited institution of higher education
Demonstrated leadership role or experiences
Prior relationships with community partners and school of nursing stakeholders
