Role: Warehouse Planner

Location: Ballycoolin Dublin 15

Hours: Monday to Friday Nights: 23:00 to 7:00

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations As an Inbound Planner you will play a key role in managing daily inbound operations ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high service standards.

What will you be doing

Overseeing inbound / outbound logistics ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
Managing workflows and coordinating with internal teams suppliers and carriers.
Monitoring key performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Identifying and resolving operational challenges to maintain service excellence.
Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

About You

Experience in logistics supply chain or a similar planning role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of logistics systems and planning tools is an advantage.
