By joining us as a Supply Chain Help Desk Analyst you will assist our customers who have questions or issues related to Supply Chain System tools by delivering exceptional customer service support. You will work remotely with customers system administrators and IT teams to answer questions and provide Tier 1 support to help resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Respond to questions and problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Provide Tier 1 support to fix issues.
  • Escalate questions and issues to System Administrators and Emerson IT as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in IT Business Supply Chain or related courses.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting software.
  • Ability to break down processes and deliver clear step-by-step instructions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role is a plus.
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer service.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
