Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM professional to support the implementation configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules including Core HCM Business Process Framework (BPF) Compensation Benefits Talent Time Tracking and Absence.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Design configure test and deploy Workday business processes security roles and domain policies.
- Support integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
- Perform data loads using EIB iLoad and Workday Studio (as applicable).
- Create and maintain custom reports dashboards and calculated fields.
- Participate in testing cycles (Unit SIT UAT) and resolve defects.
- Provide post-production support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document configurations processes and technical designs.
- Stay current with Workday releases and best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with Workday HCM.
- Hands-on experience in at least two Workday HCM modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday BPF security and reporting.
- Experience with EIBs and inbound/outbound integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday HCM Certification preferred.
