Job Summary
Our client is a software company based in the UAE and they are looking for creative and tech-savvy AI Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines content creation AI-powered media production and digital marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality written content social media posts and AI-generated visuals and videos that align with our brand and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging articles blog posts and website content
- Create compelling social media posts (LinkedIn Instagram etc.)
- Use AI tools to generate:
- Visual assets (images graphics)
- Short marketing videos
- Creative content concepts
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance
- Repurpose content into multiple formats (carousel posts short videos newsletters etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest AI content tools and marketing trends
Requirements
- Strong English writing skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in content marketing and social media strategy
- Experience using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT / Claude
- Midjourney / DALLE / Leonardo
- Runway / Pika / other AI video tools
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing funnels
- Ability to turn complex ideas into simple engaging content
- Creative mindset with strong execution ability
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience in SaaS or tech startups
- Basic design skills (Canva Figma etc.)
- Experience in performance marketing content
- Understanding of inbound marketing strategies
