The role

We are seeking fluent Arabic (Egypt) speakers to participate in a high-impact AI training initiative. Unlike standard data entry this role focuses on live human-to-human connection.

Youll be paired with another participant to engage in natural flowing conversations which will help train the next generation of conversational AI. This is a short-term sprint project with high availability requirements.

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay $30/hr per AI task completed. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work though many are shorter.

What youll bring

• Native/ Advanced fluency: Verifiable experience and birth-country for the Egypt region.
• Technical readiness: A willingness to complete a paidTestGorillalanguage assessment and a dialect verification check.
• Availability: Ability to commit to 30-60 minute blocks of uninterrupted conversation during the 3-week project window.
• Tool: A reliable internet connection a quiet environment for calls and aPayPalaccount for payment.

What youll be doing in the role

• Live pairings: You will be matched with another participant for 1-on-1 verbal or text-based exchanges.
• Dialect authenticity: Use your natural Egyptian Arabic dialect to discuss various topics provided by the researcher.
• Collaborative learning: Help the AI understand the nuances slang and cultural context of Egyptian Arabic through real-world interaction.
