Job Summary
As a Sr. Director Artificial Intelligence here at Honeywell you will be responsible for defining and executing on Honeywells strategic vision for artificial intelligence technologies.
You will spearhead research and development initiatives and implement groundbreaking AI technologies. Your role will involve budget and asset allocation to AI projects ensuring adherence to financial plans. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our strategic business group leaders drive the efficiency and robustness of our AI solutions and uphold the highest standards in the implementation and deployment of our technologies.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall vision and strategy for AI across the organization globally
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing stateoftheart AI technologies and practices
- Act as a thought leader in the AI field representing the organization at conferences events and industry forums
- Collaborate with the executive team to align AI initiatives with broader business goals
- Provide guidance on major AI investments acquisitions and partnerships to ensure alignment with the companys longterm vision
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 years of experience in high-level oversight of engineering and technology teams
- Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on AI strategy and implementation
- Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning technology
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or another related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience with deploying AI models in real-world production environments
- Familiarity with industry-specific applications of AI in relevant domains (e.g. aerospace manufacturing automation)
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
