POSITION SUMMARY

Winch Truck Drivers are responsible for delivery of oilfield equipment to EnerStar Clients rig moves recovery of equipment in-field equipment movement to new locations and moving equipment between EnerStar branches within the Well Site Service Division.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
• Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
  
• Communicate with Branch Manager or Supervisor on a consistent basis
• Communicate in a professional manner with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote quality assurance to EnerStar clients
• Adhere to safe driving practices
• Operate: winch truck water and sewer trucks
• Maintain an accurate and legal DOT logbook including but not limited to: electronic log paper log proper record keeping proper notations etc
• Verify all tickets and manifests are signed on location prior to leaving
• Daily completion of DOT Pre Trip/ Post Trip
• Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned
• Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned including but not limited to: Field service calls assistance with rig moves and setups chemical toilet services other duties as assigned by Management team

Travel:
The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:
2 years experience 5 years experience preferred

• MUST have OVERSIZED / load experience driving and communicating with pilot cars
• 3 years Winch experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High integrity individual
• Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Willing to work in the field in a non-CMV position as needed
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test
• Willingnessandability to properly utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as
• Must be an active listener respond in professional manner
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Able to be on call 24/7
• Able to work nights/weekends and travel overnight if needed
• Able to run electronic software including but not limited to Smart phones computers metering devices etc
• Able to read oilfield maps
• General handyman skills desired but not : Basic plumbing repairs Flooring installation and repairs. Basic electrical repairs Painting
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills
• Able to take direction from Supervisors and Managers
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-Motivator ability to motivate others
• Strong commitment to safety

Please note the following:

A conviction of DUI/DWI/OUI refusing a substance test charges of reckless driving hit and run eluding police drag racing or driving on a suspended/revoked license will result and disqualification for this position.

2 at fault auto accidents in the previous 3 years this will result in disqualification for this position.

Three or more minor driving infractions in the previous 3 years will result in disqualificationfor this position.
