Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis MN and St. Paul MN

LynLake is growing and were looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team!

As a Pre-Licensed Therapist you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment drawing from an array of culturally responsive trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities including individual couples family and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression anxiety trauma significant life changes ADHD and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

A Pre-Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for:

Providing professional clinical services including individual couples group and/or family therapy
Following company policies professional conduct standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
Conduct diagnostic assessments monitor client progress provide relevant education and develop treatment plans.
Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
W2 Full Time: Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 clients per week required

Compensation & Benefits (Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services):

Compensation: Compensation split of net collections at 52%; paid bi-weekly
- *Estimated annual earning potential of: $82000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider
- W-2 Licensed Provider: 52% Compensation Split

Requirements

Pre-licensed Therapist Required Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field such as Social Work Counseling or Psychology.
In a pre-licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC LICSW or LMFT in the state of Minnesota.
Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)

Strongly Preferred (One or more of the following specialties):

Works with children under the age of 13 years old
Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD) addiction eating disorders aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare) Alzheimers/Dementia unhoused clients Womens health (fertility postpartum perinatal etc.
