Compensation: Compensation split of net collections at 52%; paid bi-weekly

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of Minneapolis MN and St. Paul MN
LynLake is growing and were looking for Licensed Therapists to join our team!
As a Pre-Licensed Therapist you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment drawing from an array of culturally responsive trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities including individual couples family and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression anxiety trauma significant life changes ADHD and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
