Griffin Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Entry-Level Technician to join our award-winning service team. If youre passionate about cars and want to start a long-term career with Ford this is your opportunity.
This is a great position for someone fresh out of tech school or with basic shop experience who wants hands-on training and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic maintenance services
Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics
Complete multi-point inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all Ford factory procedures and safety guidelines
Accurately document work performed
Requirements:
Basic automotive knowledge or technical school background preferred
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Team-oriented mindset
