The responsibility of this team is to provide the best solution for the implementation of a new loan onboarding customer journey considering market behaviors and needs regulations costs reduction and user requirements delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Business expert you will:

• Be part of the delivery team responsible for defining functional requirements launchand maintain anattractive product& service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction.
• You are representing the voice of the customer with focusoncontinuously improvingcustomerjourneys we are offering.
• You leadtoprovidea differentiating experience for INGs customers at optimal value and profitability for ING
• You are the Business Guardian of your product/service working with Risk Compliance and Legal stakeholders to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies
• You leadto increaseefficiencyreduce complexitybringing the best experience in the moments of truthand pursuing innovative solutions.
• Havinganalytical skills you comprehend define select and analyze data to gather insights that enhance the decision-making are a pro-active thinker.
• You translatebusiness needs in requirements for the implementation.

• Master or bachelors degree around 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Customer focused and results-oriented person.
• Strong English is a must have. Ability to work at an international level
• Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.

• Tech: Although not mandatory some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team. With knowledge of core banking systems and process.
