Job Title: LVN/LPN Primary Care Health Center
Location: Columbia PA 17512
Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Lunch: 12:30 PM 1:00 PM)
Pay: $40$43/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and patient-focused LVN/LPN to join our primary care health center in Columbia PA. This role supports high-quality patient-centered care with an emphasis on preventive health risk reduction and population health management. The LVN/LPN will provide both clinical and administrative support in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Room patients and document vital signs accurately
Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures
Administer medications including flu shots and biometric screenings
Draw blood and perform basic clinical procedures
Enter patient information and visit documentation into the EHR system
Handle patient phone calls according to protocols
Educate patients on treatments medications and preventive care
Maintain medical supplies and ensure exam rooms are organized
Support scheduling front desk and clerical tasks as needed
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Qualifications:
Active LVN/LPN license
Experience with flu shots and biometric screenings
Strong computer skills and EHR experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in primary care or occupational health
Interest in health education and workplace wellness programs
Up to 2 years of recent relevant experience
