Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Designer to lead and elevate our visual communications across the Asia region. This role is ideal for a strategic detail-oriented designer who understands the demands of a fast-paced financial trading environment and can translate complex financial concepts into clear compelling and compliant visual solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping regional creative output while ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital print and motion where applicable
- Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear engaging and brand-consistent visuals
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing product and trading teams to support campaigns product launches and ongoing communications
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines regulatory requirements and regional compliance standards
- Adapt global creative concepts for local markets accounting for cultural language and market-specific considerations
- Mentor and provide creative guidance to agency designers or regional partners where required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing speed accuracy and quality in a deadline-driven environment
- Proactively contribute to the evolution of the brand by identifying opportunities to improve design systems templates and workflows
Qualifications :
Essential:
- 68 years of professional design experience ideally within financial services fintech trading or similarly regulated industries
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across digital branding and marketing materials
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Figma Canva); motion or video tools are a plus
- Strong understanding of typography layout visual hierarchy and brand systems
- Experience working with regional or international markets; familiarity with Asia-Pacific audiences is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across time zones and cultures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
Desired:
- Experience working in a trading investment or financial markets environment
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial marketing
- Experience with design systems and scalable brand frameworks
- Familiarity with digital product or UI design is an advantage
