Role: Digital Designer

Location: Remote working until further notice

Little bit about the role:

Weve got an amazing opportunity for one super talented Mid Digital Designer to become part of the Brandtech global family and network. Our only ask of you would be to develop and create leading visual concepts that communicates inspiring digital ideas that are informative as they are captivating.


Drive best-in-class design practices and roll out your design thinking and execution across 360-degree campaigns. A great spread of your experience expression of concepts and ideas using graphics and language all within the field of visual communication is what were looking forward to seeing from you.


You will be responsible for designing managing and producing design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. This role will work under the direction of a Creative Director and work with and provided support to the broader creative team to assist guide and mentor the executional process.


You will be working within brand guidelines producing design and artwork to the clients brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality accuracy and consistency. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way

What you will be doing:

  • Work on projects from start to finish working collaboratively across teams on ideation creation and implementation.
  • Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web eCommerce social content and digital marketing.
  • Define the look and feel for variety of digital design projects.
  • Implement existing brand guidelines and templates on projects.
  • The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.
  • Manage workloads within agreed timings.
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends.
  • Understand what makes GREAT content e.g. best practices for making ecommerce social assets and mobile first.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital banners emails landing pages in-store event materials collateral icons infographics brochures and campaigns.
  • A keen sense of personal responsibility for the quality control presentation and accuracy of all work.
  • Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
  • Brand identity visual systems and campaign identities as real working experience.
  • Experience working with beverage / spirits brands or retail/ FMCG brands.
  • Social and video design experience with Visual Arts BS/BA degree a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through execution.
  • Youll have a deep affinity with layout typography and ideas-generation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop Illustrator Sketch and associated prototyping.
  • A portfolio comprised of traditional and digital conceptual campaign design and interaction design work.
  • Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative low-ego team environment.
  • Overflowing with curiosity creativity and ambition.
