Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the reliability and performance of production equipment. This position focuses on routine maintenance basic troubleshooting and learning plant systems while working closely with experienced maintenance and production team members.
What Youll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Support equipment startups and daily production operations
- Maintain spare parts tools and maintenance areas
- Work with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
- Follow safety procedures including LOTO and best practices
- Assist with equipment tear-downs repairs and reassembly
- Participate in training to build skills specific to the facility and equipment
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical electrical or industrial aptitude
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Willingness to learn and follow safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Maintenance or hands-on experience in manufacturing industrial facilities or similar environments
