Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor looking to make a real impact on peoples health and recovery Join our dynamic Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists team where movement meets healing!
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide therapeutic rehab-focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions tailored to clients recovering from injury managing chronic pain or improving mobility. Working closely with our physical therapists youll play a key role in helping patients regain strength flexibility and confidence in their movement.
What Youll Do:
Lead one-on-one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions
Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations
Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans
Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention
Foster a welcoming and healing environment
What Were Looking For:
Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)
Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)
Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
Compassionate patient and team-oriented mindset
