Whats it like to work at PCHC Find out: Part-Time Monday-Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm (Anticipated 33 hours/week with Fridays Weekends OFF)
Highlights of the Position:
- Demonstrates compassion collaboration communication and appropriate quality assurance standards in patient care.
- Sterilizes all dental equipment and instruments.
- Properly disposes of all biohazardous material.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of and complies with all safety sterilization and infection control requirements as set forth by PCHC OSHA and other agencies.
- Is a good steward of quality assurance standards modeling and providing education as appropriate.
- Maintains sterilization logs assuring information is accurate and appropriate.
- Demonstrates a team approach to patient care. Is flexible in supporting the needs of the clinic stepping in to perform other duties as assigned.
- Collaborates with administrative and clinical teams to identify ways to improve patient experience.

Education and Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.
