You will lead end-to-end product design for diverse client projects specifically focusing on building and scaling applications that leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence. This hands-on role involves conducting research developing interactive prototypes and evolving sophisticated design systems while helping to shape the agencys internal AI-driven workflows and business growth.

What you will do:

Lead day-to-day product design projects from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototyping.
Build and evolve scalable design systems that help clients transition from early concepts to market-ready digital products.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges while maintaining a high bar for visual excellence.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses over 5 years of experience crafting digital products across startup agency or consultancy environments with a strong portfolio.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of foundational design principles for data-rich applications and a passion for emerging AI technologies.
Exhibits strong communication skills and a growth mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and presenting strategic design decisions to stakeholders.
