The Role
I run multiple companies. My time is the bottleneck.
Your job is to buy back my time by anticipating needs removing friction and keeping priorities focused on the highest-impact work.
Youll work directly with me. You wont be micromanaged. You will be expected to think decide and act.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 3090 days:
My calendar and inbox are cleaner lighter and more intentional
Decisions move forward without me being pulled into everything
Projects dont stall because youre tracking following up and closing loops
Systems improve instead of staying broken
What Youll Own (Outcomes Not Tasks)
My time is protected and prioritized
My inbox is filtered handled with judgment and distraction-free
Problems are solved without unnecessary escalation
Processes become simpler and more efficient over time
Things move forward without reminders
