As a Warehouse Manager you and your team alongside fellow Warehouse Managers will handle all inbound storage and outbound logistics activities for our customers as well as value-added services. Youll do this in an innovative environment working with automation and digitalization while contributing to the future of DSV: Youre on it.
How you do this You will manage and optimize the logistics processes in our warehouses ensuring that production standards timelines quality requirements and procedures are met. You achieve this by:
leading 1 to 3 (senior) warehouse team leaders and indirectly managing 5 to 45 warehouse employees;
coordinating the logistics activities of your department with those of other internal departments;
providing management information based on agreed-upon targets and KPIs;
monitoring qualitative and quantitative execution with a focus on quality and security requirements and taking corrective actions when needed;
initiating and sustaining continuous improvements for our operational processes.

You bring
a passion for logistics and the ability to inspire others with that passion;
strong organizational skills with the ability to think several steps ahead and solve problems;
several years of leadership experience in a logistics environment;
experience with logistics automation is a plus;
the ability to communicate at all levels in both Dutch and English.
