Description

Job Title: Research and Psychometric Services Assistant

Required Qualification: Masters in Clinical Psychology

Job Purpose: Assisting in test development research activities; related to the adaptation

and standardisation of Pearsons assessments

Location: Bengaluru India

Starting Date: Immediately

Position: Full-time Employee

Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist with the following tasks:

  • Data scoring / checking
  • Liaising with external professionals research participants editors and printers
  • Working closely with international teams on standardisation projects
  • Recruitment of data collection sites
  • Liaising with other functions of the Clinical Assessment Division as required
  • Any other activity required as part of the role

Skills required:

  • Verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Reading/writing/speaking of at least one of the following languages: Kannada/ Hindi/ Tamil/Marathi/Bengali/
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task across projects
  • Ability to meet goals as per timelines
