Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Service Agent Company: Bluespirit Location: Mumbai Maharashtra India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit a leading airport company in Mumbai is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all passengers and visitors at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter boarding gates and arrival areas - Handle all inquiries complaints and requests from customers in a professional and timely manner - Provide information on flight schedules airport facilities and other relevant information to passengers - Process ticket sales upgrades and other transactions accurately - Ensure compliance with all security and safety regulations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs - Assist with lost and found items and help reunite them with their owners - Handle any other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of basic computer applications - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
