Position Summary:
As the Administrative Officer you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the general administration within the School of Economics. The responsibilities of the role include providing vital support across teaching and learning administrative functions as well as contributing operationally to major School this dynamic role youll assist with course timetabling Moodle support exam coordination results processing and HDR term activities ensuring smooth operations throughout the academic cycle.
Youll help implement School and University policies and play a key role in supporting the transition to new academic calendar models including the shift to the 2028 Flex Semester system. Working closely with the Head of School and academic staff youll contribute to course planning and project delivery to support this significant change. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised proactive and keen to contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of the School.
The role reports to the School Manager.
