Description- Fixed term full-time appointment (18 months)
- Level 3/4: $65896 - $% superannuation
As the Learning & Development Assistant youll play a key role in enabling the smooth and impactful delivery of UOWs professional and leadership development programs through the UOW Academy.
Working closely with the Team Lead Learning Enablement and the broader team you will:
- Coordinate logistics for online and in-person workshops and events
- Provide administrative and learner support including enrolments and enquiries
- Maintain learning offerings in the LMS (Unified)
- Support mandatory training deployment and reporting
- Assist in the setup and coordination of diagnostic tools (e.g. 360 feedback)
- Prepare communications update intranet pages and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to continuous improvement across L&D processes and systems
Your work ensures a seamless learner experience and supports capability development across the University.
About You
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in administration or coordination roles (ideally within L&D or HR)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using digital tools (Microsoft Office LMS Zoom Teams survey/reporting tools)
- A proactive adaptable and collaborative approach
- An interest in learning development and capability building
