Our client is a critical infrastructure partner to the UK construction and engineering sectors. They are seeking an operational linchpin to manage their high-volume training headquartersan individual who can balance high-level client hospitality with the rigorous technical compliance required by national awarding bodies.
The Mission: Operational Architecture
In this role you will be the functional heartbeat of the training centre ensuring that the Technical-Commercial bridge between the trainers and the delegates remains seamless.
Core Responsibilities:
- Centre Command: Managing the Meet & Greet experience becoming the face of the business for all HQ attendees and nurturing long-term corporate relationships.
- Compliance & Logistics: Orchestrating course notifications with major awarding bodies (CITB & IOSH) and ensuring all training documentation meets strict regulatory standards.
- Commercial Support: Powering the sales pipeline by generating client quotations and managing lead data within the internal CRM.
- Resource Management: Overseeing training material stock levels preparing state-of-the-art training rooms and coordinating with the Finance Controller on capacity planning.
- The Certification Loop: Owning the end-to-end file closure process from result processing to the issuance of professional credentials.
