We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Digital Marketing & Sales Representative to join an international team supporting a large-scale digital advertising project. This role is ideal for candidates with a sales mindset strong communication skills and for those who are passionate about digital marketing solutions.
Your Role
- Consult and support clients with sales and marketing solutions
- Work in a target-driven performance-oriented environment
- Identify growth and upselling opportunities
- Communicate with clients via phone email and online meetings
- Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience
Your Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in marketing is a plus)
- Dutch at C1 level or higher
- English at B2 level
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive goal-oriented mindset
- Candidates must already be based in Berlin
Compensation
- Base salary: 2750 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to 687.50/month
- Language bonus: 300/month
