We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Sales Consultant to join an international team supporting a large-scale digital advertising project. This role is ideal for candidates with a sales mindset strong communication skills and for those who are passionate about digital marketing solutions.

Your Role

Consult and support clients with sales and marketing solutions
Work in a target-driven performance-oriented environment
Identify growth and upselling opportunities
Communicate with clients via phone email and online meetings
Deliver a high-quality customer and sales experience

Your Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (experience in marketing is a plus)
Dutch at C1 level or higher
English at B2 level
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive goal-oriented mindset
Candidates must already be based in Berlin

Compensation

Base salary: 2750 gross/month
Performance bonus: up to 687.50/month
Language bonus: 300/month
