Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with sales experience in Interior design & Fittings related building material solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth developing dealer networks and managing key customer relationships within the construction and interior finishing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for building material sales.
- Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned regions.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business relationships with contractors builders architects and project consultants.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager capacity in building material sales.
- Strong industry network and understanding of the construction sector.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
