About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Project Coordinator to support music operations artist releases internal workflows and team communication.
This is an entry-friendly position.
No prior music industry experience is required.
No degree is required.
Training and mentorship are provided during onboarding.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate music release timelines and internal projects
- Track deadlines for singles albums promotional campaigns and partnerships
- Assist with artist communication and scheduling
- Organize and maintain digital files (contracts artwork marketing materials distribution documents)
- Support preparation of press releases media kits and internal reports
- Update internal trackers and status reports
- Assist with research outreach and administrative tasks
- Communicate professionally with artists creatives and team members
Minimum Qualifications (Open & Inclusive)
We welcome applicants with:
- No formal education requirement (High School Diploma welcomed but not required)
- No prior industry experience required
- Equivalent experience from retail hospitality customer service freelance work creative projects volunteer work community leadership or self-employment
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Willingness to complete training
- Strong reliability and communication
