Were have an opening for aSenior IT Project Manager who can serve as the connective tissue across teams and keep complex programs moving forward without missing a beat. This is a high-visibility strategic role where youll help shape how we build scale and secure our SaaS platform. What youll do:

• As a project leader you will be the key point of contact for all project and/or program-related activities.
• Lead projects and initiatives supporting a variety of strategic goals across multiple departments focusing not only on delivering the technical components of the project but also the business readiness activities required to prepare our internal business groups and external customers for the project deliverables.
• Assemble and drive large cross-functional teams identify resources required and develop detailed cross-functional project plans to ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate frequently with team members and senior business stakeholders regarding project status and identify and resolve project problems issues and risks.
• Initiate action to identify and resolve project problems/issues and report on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverables project success and quality.
• Facilitate decision-making between project team members.
• Provide status reports highlighting accomplishments plans and issues to project team members and senior management.
• Work collaboratively with peers and managers to develop methods for continuously improving productivity and efficiency within the organization.
• Cultivate inter-departmental relationships with all stakeholders.

Who you are:

• 5 years of project management experience working with technical teams is required to be successful.
• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure cloud DevOps or security-related projects in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines release management processes and DevOps best practices.
• Experience supporting or leading cloud migration initiatives (AWS Azure or GCP environments preferred).
• Strong understanding of security and compliance considerations in modern cloud infrastructure.
• Confident team leader and consensus builder with strong motivational skills adept in problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple job levels and manage teams across multiple locations to achieve results.
• Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Demonstrated use of sound and proven project management practices and tools including excellent Google Workspace skills.
• Proficient in Agile and KANBAN project methodology. Knowledge of how to use JIRA.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
