Your role
Reporting to the Operation Support Lead within our digital operations team you will play a key role in supporting and elevating the performance of our digital products and platforms. You will be responsible for:
- Providing support for applications ancillary software and hardware and emerging technology initiatives across the wagering and media business.
- Support digital applications to maintain reliable performance across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software hardware and tools.
- Collaborate with teams to uplift new technology initiatives as they emerge.
- Optimise processes to improve system stability and user experience.
- Contribute insights that shape future technology enhancements.
