Job Summary:
The Learning & Talent Solutions vertical at JioStar is rapidly evolving to enable a futureready highperformance workforce in a creative and dynamic media ecosystem. This role combines strategic problemsolving with handson executiondesigning launching and iterating learning programs that build capabilities for today and the future. The role requires strong experience with modern learning methodologies datadriven decisionmaking and the ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners business leaders and employees. Curiosity experimentation and a usercentric mindset are key to thriving here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and HRBPs to diagnose capability needs and design modern learning interventions (blended selfpaced cohortbased digitalfirst) aligned to business priorities
- Drive endtoend program lifecycle: planning content curation/creation vendor partnerships delivery excellence measurement and enhancement using data & feedback
- Manage new-joiner ramp up activities end to end including Day-1 and business induction content and execution
- Manage technology (LMS AIbased tools learning analytics) to create engaging and personalized learning experiences
- Introduce innovative learning practices - learning communities microlearning gamification social and peer learning - to drive adoption and stronger learning culture
- Track learning effectiveness using metrics and dashboards; publish insights that influence talent decisions and business outcomes
- Manage learning operations efficiently including calendar management communication governance and feedback closure
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in L&D talent development or related roles
- Postgraduation in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration preferred

- Creative problemsolver with strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management
- Comfortable with learning tech platforms data analysis and performance dashboards
